$185 (tax included) Standard session rates for couples/family working with a RCC/CCC for 60 minutes and $285 (tax included) for 90 minutes. I highly recommend the 90 minute session for the first session and ideally for the first initial 4/5 sessions

$160 (tax included) Standard session rates for individuals working with a RCC/CCC counsellor for 60 minutes. Therapeutic work is typically 50 minutes followed by 10 minutes of reflecting/wrapping up/ appointment setting.

Safe Nest Counselling doesn’t bill directly to your insurance provider. However, clients can file a claim if they have coverage. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please consult with your insurance provider or HR Department to determine whether your benefits plan covers counselling by a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) registered with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) or Registered Clinical Counsellor registered with BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of half of the session cost.
