We often become too good at pushing down and pushing on, in efforts to get by. It's hard to notice the signals that our bodies are trying to send when we're in survival mode. I view therapy as an opportunity to pause, process, and heal. Taking the first step and booking a session takes bravery and an incredible amount of self-awareness. If you're reading this, you have already taken the first step in addressing what's not working for you. I offer individual counselling, couples counselling, and family counselling in hopes of being part of your journey.
I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to establish a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel safe to explore. I aim to create a generative, compassionate, and safe emotional space from which challenges and experiences can be explored.
